Frequently asked questions...

We get a lot of questions and we are happy to answer them! If you aren't seeing what you are looking for or have a different question, please reach out to us HERE :)

Who are your most common customers?

Our most common customers include pet owners looking to move to a different location, shelters/families looking to rehome pets, and families wanting to get a new furry family member!

How do these transport services work?

Communication always! We love learning about your pet/s and what we can do to keep them safe and healthy during their ride. We go over the estimated dates and times that works for both us as well as you! We try to be the most accommodating as possible. It is definitely a couple step process of planning, accommodating, payments, contract and travelling. Sounds long and boring, but promise we get it all done quick and easy. During the trip we take potty breaks,water/food breaks, and playtime/stretch stops (all depending on durations of the journey.)

How much would a transport cost?

We have all different quotes for different services, as well as distances. Of course Solo trips are a little bit more price wise.

If your are interested in a quote reach out to us HERE!

Do you have any Certifications or Licensing?

Yes! We have our USDA certification as well as pet insurance! *just incase, good thing we haven't ever had to use that though:)

Can I send my pet with stuff? Like food or their crate?

Yes, we allow pets to be sent with a couple of necessary items. Please contact us about what would be going with, sometimes we only have a limited space. We provide crates unless otherwise specified. As for food a DEFINITE yes. We prefer you guys to send food along for the trip because we DO NOT want them to get sick eating what they are not used to. Prevents tummy aches! We do also encourage sending a blanket/toy/or towel that has their original home scent. It helps with stress a lot more than you know!

Do you transport different animals other than cats and dogs?

Absolutely. Of course there are sometimes restrictions on some animals as well as guidelines but reach out to us to see what we can do for your exotic friends ;)

How many other animals do you take along?

Since our approach is 100% quality over quantity we like to focus on 1/2 animals at a time. Unless booking for a solo trip, we NEVER take any more than 5/6 animals at a time. With that being said, if that is the case, we do a variety of different sizes. Never 5 big dogs and 1 cat. Usually if there is multiple animals in the plan we do maybe a bunny, two cats, a small dog and one big dog.

What is a solo trip and how can I book?

A solo trip is where it is ONLY your pet, which means extra EXTRA love and care. We care for all of our animals we transport equally, but when it is a solo it allows more time just for them. It also is great if your pet deals with anxiety/stress. No other animals, means less stress for yours.

What would I need to send along with my pet?

All we need from you is a little baggy of food (depending on duration of trip.) We don't want them to get sick eating foods they are not used to! We also encourage to bring a blanket/toy/or towel that has their original home scent. If you end up booking we will give you a customized list or let you know what we would need from you :)

Is there a contract?

Yes, there is a small contact we have almost everyone sign. This is to protect you, your pets, and us. It goes over everything you need to know along with a couple initials and signatures. It is on docusign and pretty easy to navigate! EXAMPLE is on the bottom of Our Services page.

My pet has terrible anxiety, what should I do about a trip?

We get that a lot! Sometimes, it helps to contact your vet regarding an anxiety medication before the trip. In my experience, it's the pets that are known to have the most anxiety be very calm during the trip and the calm ones having the anxiety on the trip! Once the vehicle starts moving they all tend to calm down pretty fast! If you are still really worried about it look into anxiety meds with your vet!
